Ownership rights: By uploading photos, users confirm that they own the rights to these images or have authorization to share them. AMK COPRO does not claim ownership of the uploaded photos.
Accepted formats: Only standard formats (.jpg, .png, .jpeg) are accepted to prevent malicious files from being uploaded.
AMK COPRO may request permission to access the device's camera to facilitate taking photos directly within the app. This feature includes the following safeguards:
Explicit consent: Users must provide consent before the app can access the device’s camera.
Limited use: Camera access is strictly limited to the photo upload function and will not be used for any other purpose.
Access rights: The app does not access other photos or videos stored on the device except those specifically selected for upload.
Image security: Photos taken through the camera are encrypted and securely stored.
Access to the AMK COPRO application is secured with a user management system that authenticates users and authorizes actions based on assigned roles (administrator, co-owner, manager, etc.).
Access control: Users can only access information and features that are assigned to their specific role within the property management.
Passwords: User passwords are encrypted and stored securely. Users are advised to choose strong, unique passwords.
AMK COPRO implements security measures to detect and prevent cyber threats, including SQL injection attacks, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other intrusion attempts.
Firewalls and intrusion detection: Firewalls and intrusion detection systems are in place to protect the app from unauthorized access.
